In the wet state, this rough-coat spray will allow you to easily groom the coat without breaking it. As the coat dries, it becomes a spray that will make rough coats extra rough. It will separate each strand of hair to give a maximum rough controlled-volume effect. It is 100% water-soluble.
Instructions
Mist into the coat and brush dry.
Ingredients: Aqua, PVP, glycerine, phenoxyethanol
